Wherein, it requires the oxide nanocrystals have good crystallinity. The nanocrystal is one of ZnO, TiO2, ITO, Al2O3, or SiO2. The grain size of nanocrystals is in the range of 3nm-20nm. The tungsten oxide matrix is amorphous. The composite scale of nanocrystals and tungsten oxide matrix is below 100nm, that is, nanocrystalline and tungsten oxide two-phase recombination exists in any 100nm range. The thickness of the obtained yellow tungsten oxide electrochromic composite film is 50-1000 nm.
