For example, one laboratory has fabricated an all solid-state electrochromic smart window of Prussian blue and electrodeposited WO3 film with poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) gel electrolyte. The smart window has been found to be excellent for electrochromism and memory characteristics. The transmittance response only lost less than 10% of the initial magnitude even after the potential stepping of 5000 cycles. As the research progresses, more information about WO3 smart window will be disclosed. And one day in the future, people can see such a smart window everywhere.
