酸化‐還元プロセスによる高密度タングステン合金粉末のリサイクル

抄録
標(biāo)記のW‐Ni‐Fe系高密度被削性合金のスケールをリサイクルするプロセスについて研究した。スケールは脫脂洗浄後,ミキサで均一に粉砕混合し,850,900及び950℃×2hの大気中酸化後,水素還元?jiǎng)I理を行った。850℃の還元した粉體は,粒度は約1.5μmと微細(xì)であり規(guī)則正しい形狀を有した。900及び950℃の還元粉體は,粒度がそれぞれ6μm及び9μmと粗大化し複雑な形狀となった。還元溫度が900から950℃に上昇するとリサイクルした粉體の酸素含有量は0.2314%から0.1700%に低下し,粉體はやや粗大になった。リサイクルした粉體の化學(xué)組成は原料粉體と同等であった。
